Rental Information
- Required 3 night stay. Nightly rates are $225.00 per night.
- Weekly reservations are always given preference.
- Check-in after 2pm. Check-out by 10am.
- A $200.00 deposit for security/damage/cleaning is requested at the time of reservation.
(the deposit is refundable by mail after cleaning and inspection of the premises.)
- The deposit will be refunded for cancellations made four weeks prior to arrival less a $100.00 handling fee.
- Cancellations made later than 4 weeks prior to arrival are subject to a 40% penalty.
- NO PETS & NO SMOKING! Any evidence of either will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit.
